Building for the Future: ASHRAE Philippines Students Gearing for a Sustainable and Inclusive Environment

Student Activities Committee and Student Branches of ASHRAE Philippines have successfully conducted their annual Student Conference last March 23, 2024 at FEU Institute of Technology.

The event was graced by chapter and regional officers, and resource speakers who conducted their plenary talks in line with the theme.

Students from UST, FEU Institute of Technology, TIP Manila, TIP QC, DLSU Manila, Mapua University, PLM, and St. Joseph Academy presented their research papers. Special recognition were given to the following:

Best in Technical Content: Mapua University
Best in Visual Presentation: DLSU Manila
Best in Oral Presentation: UST
Audiences' Choice Award: UST

ASHRAE Philippines Officers' Meeting was held last June 5, 2024 to ensure that the Chapter ends the Society year strong and to prepare for the next.

Highlighted in the meeting are the commendations coming from the Region, especially on programs for Research Promotion.

President Isagani Brugada expressed his thanks to the officers and volunteers who continue to dedicate their time and efforts for the Chapter and its cause.
